calendarConsultations with the GP's are by appointment at the times listed on our opening times page. To make an appointment contact the surgery between 08:30 and 17:30 on 0141 531 8585.

In line with Government guidelines we are working towards an appointment system that allows access to a doctor or nurse within 48 hours. However, we guarantee to see anyone the same day if the GP, through discussion with a patient, considers this to be necessary.

Routine Appointments

Routine appointments are bookable in advance every day in the mornings and afternoons. Medical emergency appointments are also available every morning and afternoon. The surgery is open continuously from 08:30 – 18:00 for telephone calls.

If you have not been seen at the surgery for 3 years (or one year for those over 75) you can request a check up appointment if you wish.

Emergency Appointments

Telephone 0141 531 8585

If you feel you need to be seen urgently by a doctor and cannot wait for a routine appointment, your name will be added to the Triage System whereby a doctor will return your call within two hours to discuss and assess your condition

Extended Hours

The Practice offers extended hours appointments on a Tuesday morning between 7.30am - 8.30am a Friday morning from 7.30am - 8.30am and a Thursday evening between 5.30pm - 7.30pm. These appointments may assist people who are working.

Telephone Advice

Telephone 0141 531 8585

A doctor is available for telephone advice throughout the day Monday to Friday.

Practice Nurses

In a number of cases it might be worth considering an appointment with a practice nurse rather than a doctor. Practice nurses are qualified to deal with many conditions and you may be seen more quickly.

An interpreting service can be arranged through the Glasgow Interpreting Service.

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
