Repeat Prescriptions

Please do not telephone for repeat prescriptions except in an emergency. If you are receiving regular multicolour_pillstreatment, repeat prescriptions may be obtained by completing (ticking) the re-order slip attached to the prescription in the following ways.

  • By post enclosing a stamped addressed envelope, allowing 3 days for delivery
  • In person (post box adjoining Main reception)
  • Arrange for your regular pharmacy to submit and collect your prescription

Prescription requests must be received before 5pm and will be available for collection after 3.30pm 48 hours following your request.  If you are going on holiday ensure you have adequate supplies.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
